This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid consulting services provided by Maritime Path Consulting LLC. Our Free Career Assessment is provided at no charge and this policy applies only to paid consulting engagements.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to billing@maritimepathconsulting.com or via WhatsApp with written confirmation. If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge.
If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid. Once work has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis reflecting the proportion of work completed. Corporate projects typically require a 30–50% deposit before work begins.
Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Monthly retainers cancelled before the billing period begins are fully refunded. Cancellation during a billing period receives a pro-rata refund for remaining days from the date written notice is received.
If you believe the service delivered did not meet the agreed scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern in good faith and offer to revise the work or provide a partial or full refund as appropriate.
